What Fajnder is

The value already exists. It only needs to be found.

Fajnder is more than a bridge between a need and a solution. Fajnder is a system that helps value that already exists — knowledge, experience, information, people, tools and opportunities — to be found, understood, connected, organised and put to use again where it can serve people and the community.

The path from a need to a solution does not always lead to a service provider. Sometimes it is information, someone's experience, a useful tool or the right contact. That is why we offer more than a list of services: we help you find the path that suits you.

Principles

The principles we work by.

These five principles decide what Fajnder does and what it doesn't.

  • People first Technology should serve people. If you find what you need and leave, that is a success for us.
  • Truth before persuasion We only write what we can show. The numbers on this page come from the platform itself, and plans are marked as plans.
  • Sustainable, not at any cost Profit is a means, not the goal. Fajnder takes no commission on your work, and a person looking for a service pays Fajnder nothing.
  • Opportunities Knowledge, experience and people who can help should be easier to reach, not hidden behind noise.
  • Community A service for a service: help you received is worth passing on. It is a way of thinking, not a system for trading services.

    A world where more people can move forward without having to figure everything out alone. It is an aspiration, not a promise, so there are no dates or big numbers here.
