Document ID: PAY-2026

Version: 1.1

Effective date: 12/10/2026

I. GENERAL FINANCIAL PROVISIONS

Article 1. Service Nature

The Platform provides digital listing/hosting services. It is not a payment institution and not an intermediary in contracts between providers and end users.

Article 2. Currency

Prices are shown in Serbian dinars (RSD), with an informational reference in euros. All card payments are charged in RSD (see Article 13).

II. TOKENS (CREDITS)

Article 3. Legal Character

Credits are internal service credits used within the Platform ecosystem.

Credits are not:

  • e-money,
  • cryptocurrency,
  • financial securities,
  • cash-withdrawable deposits.

Article 4. Pricing Dynamics

Service prices in credits may change over time. The applicable token cost is the one valid at the time of service activation.

III. PACKAGE STRUCTURE (PER-PORTAL)

Article 5. Per-Portal Billing

Packages are tied to a specific Web Portal (card), not globally to the account.

Article 6. Package Tiers

Current model uses tiered visibility/feature sets (e.g., Basic/Premium), as defined in active system configuration.

Article 7. Add-ons

Optional add-ons may increase visibility and limits according to active feature configuration.

IV. VAULT, GIFT/PROMO CODES

Article 8. Vault Mechanism

Entering a valid promo/gift code into the account vault applies campaign/service logic under currently active rules.

Article 9. Campaign Limits

The Platform may limit campaign stacking, reuse, or eligibility per account.

V. REFUND POLICY

Article 10. Digital Service Activation

By activating digital services/credits, the user confirms immediate execution of digital service logic.

Article 11. Transactions

Refund decisions are governed by applicable consumer law and internal incident/technical-error review process.

Article 12. Early Termination

Early deactivation of active package periods does not automatically imply proportional monetary refund unless required by law.

VI. FINAL CLAUSES

The Administrator may amend this policy, including pricing and package mechanics, with notice through Platform channels.

VII. CURRENCY CONVERSION DISCLOSURE

Article 13. Reference Pricing

All payments will be effected in Serbian currency – dinar (RSD). The amount your credit card account will be charged for is obtained through the conversion of the price in Euro into Serbian dinar according to the current exchange rate of the Serbian National Bank. When charging your credit card, the same amount is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations. As a result of this conversion there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price stated in our web site.

The dinar amount is calculated at the National Bank of Serbia middle rate valid at the moment of the order and is shown before payment; the same amount is sent to the bank.

VIII. VAT STATUS

Article 14. VAT Statement

VML Web Portali is not registered for VAT (PDV). Prices displayed on the Platform do not include value-added tax.

IX. COMPLAINTS POLICY

Article 15. Filing a Complaint

Users may file a complaint regarding a rendered service through the contact channels listed under customer support. Complaints must be submitted in writing (email), describing the issue and referencing the relevant transaction. The Platform aims to respond within a reasonable timeframe, generally within 8 (eight) business days of receipt. This policy does not affect any rights users have under applicable consumer protection law.

X. DIGITAL DELIVERY

Article 16. Immediate Activation

Services on the Platform are digital in nature. Activation (credits, packages, subscriptions) occurs immediately upon confirmation of successful payment. There is no physical delivery of goods or physical shipment timelines.
